Grandma’s Graphics has a fabulous collection of vintage graphics and cliparts. Tons scanned images of old books to explore: decorative and ornamental letters with animals theme, seasons and holiday prints, illustrations for Shakespeare’s tales, images to coloured, John Tenniel‘s illustrations for “Alice in Wonderland” and “Through the Looking Glass”, many children’s books images, Margaret Tulloch’s vignettes, work’s by Molly Brett, Anne Anderson illustrations to fairy tales and children’s books and even a page with weird, tasteless and politically incorrect engravings.

But what get my attention was the illustrations of the Irish illustrator Harry Clarke to Edgar Allan Poe’s “Tales of Mystery and Imagination, to Hans Christian Andersen’s Fairy Tales and to Johann Wolfgang von Goethe’s Faust. Very detailed art nouveau engravings. If you enjoy his work check also Aubrey Beardsley. (via coisas do arco da velha)
