Ok, this is going to sound like shameless promotion, and it is, in part. I have a blog about cinema called Cinematógrafo, in Portuguese. There, I post links about cinema that I don’t here, and in some cases when I use the same links or themes the posts have different points of view and more links. If you like cinema it’s a good suggestion.
You are probably going to think: “but I don’t speak Portuguese”. Yes, I know, most of my readers don’t speak or have no idea about the language, but I added two links to a translation service on the main page: one from Portuguese to English and the other from Portuguese to French (this one works much better). I tried many translators and that one was the best I fcould find. Of course it is not perfect and won’t translate many expressions or it’s sometimes make “funny” mistakes, but it helps a lot.
If you are not sure about it, even after my translation suggestion, here are two more reasons: firstly, most of the links are in English. The links are going to take you to pages in English and a few times pages in French, Spanish, Portuguese, Swedish or German. The same thing that happens with links on this blog, because I don’t read many blogs in Portuguese, most of the sites about cinema, including those with news, are in English. And secondly, as you know, I love images, and that’s why many of the links go to directories with pictures, posters and memorabilia. In other words, if the text looks incomprehensible to you, just ignore it and follow the links.
I know some of you read it before I stop posting on it, but I’m back after a long, long pause. Do I look a desperate blogger searching for more readers? Yes, I a bit, it’s just that it’s so quiet in there. Here it is, too, but sometimes there are comments, links and emails. I like to know what people think about it. Ok, that’s it and thanks for the attention.

Meta
Hey! Bem-vinda de volta
.
Beijos Bibi
I love your blog. Thank you very much for all the links to websites that I would have never seen.
Your English is perfect. Americans (which I am one) couldn’t speak proper English if their lives depended upon it! I think you do just great.
I could do without the Friday Catblogging…I’m a dog lover. But I understand your love of cats, so I’m really not complaining. Just throw a dog a bone some time. teehee!
Thank you Leah!
Ah the Friday Cat Blogging, I didn’t do it in the last months… just put some videos of cats , but, well, they are funny. I have dogs, but, I prefer cats. And I can imagine that a lot of people that visit the blog can live without that too.
Thanks for the nice comment.
Hi Bibi, bring on the cats (and dogs for the others) if you please. ^^*
I checked out this cinema blogsite of yours a long time ago but was promptly discouraged due to the language. thank you for bringing it to our attention again~ I love cinema so I am happy.
again, Thanks!
Ah the language… I know… but I “read” blogs in other languages that I don’t understand too. Sometimes using a translator other times just checking the links or pictures. And I want to encourage the other people to do that.
As I said almost all the links are in English, so, it isn’t a big problem (but my text, in my humble opinion, it’s very nice).
