The Top Ten Sexiest Female Robots: from Angelina Jolie in Cyborg 2 to Rosie the Robot from The Jetsons (???). My choice for the sexiest robot isn’t in that list, it’s Maria, the robot from Fritz Lang’s Metropolis, played by Brigitte Helm.
That post was inspired by Wired article The 50 Best Robots Ever, which contains two more of my favourite robots, Astro Boy and R2-D2 (did you notice that R2 was a much better fighter before Luke puts his hands on it – if you watched Star Wars: Episode III you know what I’m talking about). (via PCL)
