The Top Ten Sexiest Female Robots: from Angelina Jolie in Cyborg 2 to Rosie the Robot from The Jetsons (???). My choice for the sexiest robot isn’t in that list, it’s Maria, the robot from Fritz Lang’s Metropolis, played by Brigitte Helm.

I love Metropolis and Brigitte Helm is a perfect vamp in that film
