April Fool’s Gmail?

First I read this on my Gmail account page : You are currently using 100 MB (9%) of your 1125 MB.

Yes, 1125MB! Believe or not? After this I decided check the Gmail page and the new features page. Between the new features to celebrate the one-year birthday Gmail plans to continue growing the storage beyond 2GBs giving more space as they are able and there is a rich formatting that works very well with Firefox! But in the Gmail page I found:

On the eve of Gmail’s one-year birthday, our engineers were toiling away furiously. Notes scribbled all over the walls. Complex calculations on napkins and empty pizza boxes. Millions of M&Ms.
