The Cluetrain Manifesto

A powerful global conversation has begun. Through the Internet, people are discovering and inventing new ways to share relevant knowledge with blinding speed. As a direct result, markets are getting smarter and getting smarter faster than most companies.

The the cluetrain manifesto was created in 1999 and the site in April of that same year. The manifesto compose by 95 theses is our attempt at articulating a set of principles and dynamics we believe will determine the future experience of both individuals and institutions online.

The manifesto is available to read in 13 different languages, Portuguese between them. I will not post here just because it is long text – long but very good with a lot of great ideas. Find the best language to you read there and read it.
